Report a problem

Tell us about a suspected private key compromise, certificate misuse, fraud, misissuance or any other problem with a certificate we issued.

What to include

  1. The certificate (PEM), its serial number or crt.sh ID.
  2. What you believe is wrong, and how you found it.
  3. For key compromise: a CSR or message signed with the compromised key.

Use the subject [Problem Report]. Reports are received 24×7. We begin investigating within 24 hours and send a preliminary report to you and the subscriber (BR §4.9.5).
